Mandy Harlow
Creative Director, Account Manager
Mandy moved to the Outer Banks, NC "just for the summer" after graduating from Old Dominion University. Mandy started working in marketing in the vacation rental and wedding industry. When the social media marketing boom happened, she learned how to use it to propel businesses through social media and clean website design. Now an Outer Banks lifer and entrepreneur, you can find her working full time on Bright + Social Co, and on Heart of Harlow during wedding season
Megan Harlow
Director of Communications, Account Manager
Megan moved to the Bay Area, California after graduating from East Carolina University with a Communications degree and Spanish minor. Starting her career in premiere services + management for the largest convention facility in Silicon Valley , she quickly excelled in creating great reports with clients and was managing a team after 1 year. Megan moved back to the east coast after the Covid Pandemic to be near family and has pivoted to be full time Bright + Social, leading B+S in client management and business organization.
